All appraisers on our nationwide panel are fully HVCC and FHA compliant. The appraiser selection process is handled in a meticulous manner to ensure panel appraisers are providing exemplary valuation services. All appraisers are subject to internal audits to ensure the quality of work does not waiver at any point of affiliation with our firm. In addition to state licensure/certification, all panel appraisers are required to have thorough and updated knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and are equipped with Errors and Omissions Insurance.
